Have you read any good books about the woods, nature, the changing forest, birds, wildlife, hiking or mountain life? Join folks from the Mary Blood Library and the Mt. Ascutney Interpreter for a hike to a woodsy spot to share some good books. From humor to Sci Fi to journals, you can read a new book of your choice or share one you have enjoyed in the past.
A few suggestions: A Walk in the Woods; How to Love a Forest; The Last Child in the Woods; The Hike; Cabin: Off the Grid Adventures; Serviceberry; The Trail; Wild Ideas; Gramma Gatewood’s Walk; The Overstory; The Hidden Life of Trees. And there are so many others!
